- STARTED OFF 'ROCKY' -

well, on tuesday of this past week, karleigh woke up & stated that she'd a bad headache & was running a fever - over the next few days, it was consistent (headache/fever ONLY) - well, last night we were having 'family night' & she was sitting with me & complained that her legs hurt her - we then went to bed not long after, but this morning when she woke up, her legs just collapsed under the weight of her body (& she's only 34#!!) - i took her to the ER & they think she's dealing with a viral infection as they ruled out most everything else - we're giving her motrin & tylenol round the clock & just watching her basically - she seems to be better now, but are assuming it's the medicine as she's not complaining much at all - i'll post more when i know more, but for now, that's about it

mom & auntie madisyn came over today for a bit to visit & that seemed to make everyone feel better (nice warm fuzzies!) - we visited with them, laughed & cut up & then they left, taking with them some videos from our house so they could go home, curl up under some warm blankets & watch some tv (gosh, that sounds like fun!) - madisyn's doing pretty well with this weather too - she wears layers of clothing, but that's alright - she makes sure she's got a hoodie nearby at all times too - well, i've gotta get going so i'll blog more later!
