* business editing: making revisions, formatting & syntax improvements to business documents

i love to take a document that i'm working on (the larger the better) & make sure all the margins match, everything is aligned correctly, bullets all are the same, all the 'headings match' (ie: bold/not bold/italic, etc.)

what drives me nuts is to see a document that someones giving out for others to read & it have some things are in bold print & in the same line, but forget to bold everything (& it be an obvious mistake) - or when they number some pages & don't number them all - what about when they make some bullets 'dashes' & some 'dots' all in the same section (obviously a mistake that wasn't caught) - i've seen sometimes when they'll put 1 space between words & then randomly they'll use 4 (or more) spaces

it's things like this that drive me crazy! - i know it's over obsessing, but i can't help it - i just like things to be clean, tidy & CONDENSED!! - so, if there's anyone out there that has a document (no matter how big) that they'd like me to 'look over for them', please let me know as i love it!!

EDIT (see, i'm already starting): my mom commented this on this blog post "as i read your blog on the document fixation you have i had to laugh. everything sounded 'just like you' till i read that you like things CONDENSED. you condense nothing...hear me? NOTHING!! from one who knew you from day one,mom p.s. i love you!" - i asked what she meant, as i know i condense things all the time (cleaning out closets, garage shelves, clothing, etc.) & she said she thought i was talking about me condensing words that i type as i'm 'long winded' & that i can't argue with, that's one thing i don't condense!
