spike & i try & take the kids 1 on 1 from time to time & no necessarily doing anything 'special', but just running errands, grabbing lunch, etc. - well, i've taken ruby out a couple times here lately & took karleigh out about a week or so ago, so today was kiara's turn & she seemed to have a good time - we first went to her friends house to drop off a gift for her - then it was off to walmart to grab a list of things, then to the bank, then grabbed lunch [where she had a milkshake], then to the rental house to drop off more things, then it was off to take a few pics at a photo shoot [no playing this time though], then home - they're all watching a movie now, then we're heading to dad/mom/madisyn's house as brit's going to stay there for the weekend - we'll probably meet daddy when we get home as these days, we're all running like chickens with our heads cut off, all in different directions
