1) Where did you meet your husband? at church

2) What was the first thing you said to your husband face to face? he sat behind me in church one night & during the message as the pastor was preaching he said, "lori, you sing a song about that (whatever he was preaching on) don't you?" & i said, "yes" - he then asked me to sing it that night in the evening service - spike leaned up & said, "are you going to sing tonight"? - i said, "yes" & he said, "then i'll stay longer & come to hear you sing" (he lived out of town & was to leave to head home right after service)

3) Where was your fist date? to pizza hut after church that night

4) Where was your fist kiss? at his sister, sharel's house (thanks sharel!!)

5) Did you have a long or short courtship/engagement? short - we dated from october - may so 7 months (don't have to date long when you just 'know')

6) Where did you get engaged? at his house in lafayette - he'd come to pick me up & take me to his house - when we got there he asked me & he says it took me forever to answer, i think i was so much in shock i forgot what to say! - (think you know my answer was YES!)

7) Where were you married? at my home church at the time - both of our pastors married us & it was in anderson, indiana

8) How did your reception go? it was great - we'd friends/family there & we'd a wonderful time

9) Where was your honeymoon? we went to gatlinburg, tennessee for a week & had a great time!

10) If you could change anything about your day what would it have been? at that time (NOT NOW) there was tension in the family & i felt somewhat stressed over it, not totally enjoying every aspect of it to its fullest, but........ god's restored all that & it doesn't really matter now
